CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY
Chapter 7 bankruptcy gives debt relief to those who have credit card debt, unsecured loans, overdue medical bills, broken leases, and much more.
When a person files for Chapter 7, they may be forgiven from said debts, and will not be expected to pay any money to creditors or banks.
CHAPTER 13 BANKRUPTCY
Chapter 13 bankruptcy is ideal for those whose homes are in the foreclosure process, whose cars are in the repossession process, and who are experiencing wage garnishments.
When a person files for Chapter 13, they may keep certain secured assets, such as their car and home.
